Upon receiving your request, we assign a Certified Signing Agent from our database to your loan signing in less than 30 minutes. The Certified Signing Agent will call the borrowers to confirm your preset appointment or, if needed, setup an appointment that is convenient for your borrower. Our Certified Signing Agents will meet at a location that is specified by your borrower. It doesn't matter whether the appointment is at the borrower's home, work or other location. Our Certified Signing Agents will also travel to the offices of the title companies, real estate offices, banks or mortgage brokers' office. Once the loan documents have been signed properly, notarized and checked for accuracy, they will be sent back per your instructions.
